Etihad Airways partners with Adobe to boost digital services

UAE – In an effort to provide world-class cloud solutions across Etihad Airways businesses, partners and guests, the national airline of United Arab Emirates has entered a strategic partnership with global technology leader, Adobe.

With Adobe Marketing Cloud and Creative Cloud, the digital marketing capabilities of the airline will be enhanced to provide tailored and personalized services to its guests using digital devices. The full service capabilities of Adobe will be used across Guest Experience, Global Loyalty, Cargo, Direct Sales, Marketing, Social Media and other areas of businesses.

On top of strengthening the airline’s digital capabilities, hundreds of Etihad Airways staff will benefit from the training to be given by Adobe in areas such as analytics, cross-channel campaign management and social media measurement.
