INDIA – In an effort to strengthen its shopper marketing function, Geometry Global India has appointed Aaradhee Mehta to lead the new Geometry Global Encompass Network merger as Vice President for Shopper Marketing.
Mehta brings with her over nine years of shopper marketing experience. She has been instrumental in setting up two shopper marketing practices in India, OmniSpace Retail and Saatchi & Saatchi X, and establishing “Customer Experience” as a key discipline at Reliance Brands.
She has worked with major clients like Colgate, Mondelez, Reckitt Benckiser, Unilever, ITC Foods and Personal Care, HP, Diageo, Diesel, Steve Madden and Brooks Brothers.
Before going to the Shopper Marketing track, Mehta was in the advertising industry, with experiences working for Lowe, J. Walter Thompson and Bates.
“I’m excited to lead the Shopper Marketing practice for the country’s largest experiential marketing agency. I am looking forward to working with clients such as Mondelez and Hindustan Unilever and growing our shopper practice in India,” shared Mehta.
The merger between Geometry Global and Encompass was just announced weeks before. It is now the largest entity of its kind in India with 15 offices reaching 100,000 villages, the network specializes in shopper marketing, rural marketing, large-scale events and exhibitions, urban consumer marketing, digital activation and field marketing.
