Geometry Global Japan appoints Erika Iwai to Senior HR Manager to support growth strategy

SHANGHAI – Geometry Global Japan (Geometry Japan) has announced the appointment of Erika Iwai as Senior HR Manager.

Erika joins Geometry Japan from a global gaming company, Riot Games in Los Angeles, where she played a role of lead HR Business Partner for the corporate business functions. She closely worked with senior leaders including, President/CFO, CHRO, and product heads and helped drive growth of the company. Prior to Riot Games, Erika helped Global Supply Chain teams at Mattel as HR Business Partner and helped transform its talent strategy.

Erika will be responsible for developing and implementing talent strategy at Geometry Japan and oversee Human Recourses, Recruiting and Learning and Development. She will report to Ichiro Ota, CEO of Geometry Global Japan.
