Havas Worldwide Japan appoints David Morgan as ECD

TOKYO – Havas Worldwide Japan announced the appointment of David Morgan as Executive Creative Director effective September 1, responsible for leading all aspects of the agency’s creative evolution. In addition to leading the agency’s creative offering, he will also serve on the agency’s executive committee.

Prior to joining Havas, Morgan’s leadership experience in Japan and across Asia-Pacific was honed over 8 years with Ogilvy & Mather Japan, resulting in Gold wins at Cannes, PMAA, ADFEST, and AMEA, along with a range of other international prizes. In his new role, Morgan will partner with agency management to leverage Havas Worldwide Japan’s recent growth and success to bring together and focus the agency’s creative strengths for a new and evolving definition of creative agency value. He will help to serve such clients as Air France, Alcon, Alpine Electronics, BMW Motorrad, Evian, IBM, Orbis, Pernod Ricard, among others. Morgan will also oversee the consumer-facing work of Havas Life Japan’s portfolio of healthcare clients.
