LONDON – The D&AD Professional Awards are judged, entered and celebrated by the very best advertising and design creatives around the world. Their judges are passionate, disruptive and critical – they live and breathe creativity. The integrity of the D&AD judging process is legendary, so D&AD have created a short film to illustrate the process that the judges go through each year. Filmed during the inaugural 2016 D&AD Festival, they talked to some of the world’s most celebrated creatives about the almost impossible task of choosing the best of the best. The film features D&AD CEO Tim Lindsay as well as some of the biggest names in design and advertising, demystifying what goes on behind the closed doors of the judging room.
