IBM Australia’s Ben Karpin to lead Digital Analytics at MRM Hong Kong

ASIA-PACIFIC – HONG KONG, JUNE 2011 – MRM Hong Kong has appointed Ben Karpin as Digital Analytics Lead, joining MRM’s marketing performance practice.
 
As Digital Analytics Manager, Ben Karpin will further strengthen MRM’s market-leading analytics offering. He joins MRM’s Marketing Performance team from IBM Australia, where he was Digital Marketing Manager.

 
Karpin will report to Christopher Brewer, MRM’s Regional Marketing Performance, Services and Solutions Director, and will work alongside Sean Wang, CRM Analytics Lead. The team is responsible for deploying MRM’s unique performance solutions and tools, including: digital optimisation, consumer analytics and insights (driving strategies and ROI optimisation), cross-media econometrics, business intellingence dashboards, social media measurement and predictive analytics.
 

 
During his tenure at IBM, Ben championed and oversaw social, web, search and digital campaigns with high success and impressive results, such as increasing organic digital revenue by 200%.
 

 
Commenting on the appointment, Christopher Brewer said, “Real digital analytics gurus are few and far between. We are therefore extremely pleased Ben saw the opportunity and had the vision to relocate and join our Regional Marketing Performance hub here in Hong Kong.”
