India leads AMES 2015 trophy winners

SINGAPORE – AMES has once again recognized the clients and agencies across Asia Pacific for effective marketing strategies that not only deliver solid results but also transform brands and businesses.

This year, AMES awarded a total of 144 trophies: 3 Platinum, 26 Gold, 44 Silver and 70 Bronze.

Lowe Lintas + Partners, India was awarded the Effectiveness Agency of the Year while BBDO Proximity China was named the Agency of the Year for Digital Strategy and BBDO Pakistan for Media Strategy.

Saatchi & Saatchi Sydney won the most top awards, taking 2 Platinum trophies and 3 Gold for the campaign, ‘Penny the Pirate’ for Luxottica.

BBDO Pakistan scooped 4 Gold trophies for ‘Not a Bug Splat’ campaign for Reprieve Foundation for Fundamental Rights.

MRM/McCann Singapore, meanwhile, scored 3 Gold trophies for the ‘The Red Cross connection’ campaign for Singapore Red Cross.

Another Platinum trophy winner was Lowe Vietnam for ‘Castrol drive on’.

India dominated the AMES with 31 trophies, with China, Australia and New Zealand not lagging far behind.
