With Anneke joining the agency, CEO Joost Nauta will shift his focus to head up innovation and technology within IMA.

Apart from the new hire, IMA also announced a new business win–active and lifestyle brand, Teva, building an influencer strategy in 12 markets, with the main focus on France, UK, Germany, Spain, Benelux, Nordics and South Africa.

“The way people experience the outdoors has changed rapidly over the last few years. A new, urbanised, generation is re-inventing what the outdoors means to them and are re-shaping its future. Today it’s all about low-access, shareable and highly satisfying micro-adventures close to home. As an active lifestyle brand, with roots within the outdoors, it’s more important then ever to be in the forefront of this change as this is where we belong,” said Barry Schmidts, Marketing Manager EMEA. “We’ve chosen IMA to establish a network of brand ambassadors that can inspire the new generation of outdoor enthusiast: showing our brands heritage, our authenticity and products.”
