Bob Cruz is newly promoted to Creative Director, from Associate Creative Director. Having joined JWT in 2008 from Creative Juice\Manila, at heart he’s a graphic designer with a Rock ‘n Roll spirit. His campaigns for Johnson & Johnson’s Bactidol, and Mondelez’s Eden Cheese have been widely-recognized at awards shows. And his leadership on Globe Telecom’s TM ‘OnTheGoals’ and TM ‘EasySurf’ online campaigns helped the brand hit and surpass targets.

Albert Millar has been promoted to Senior Writer. One of the company’s many rising stars, he joined JWT Philippines in 2015 as a Copywriter from Guerrilla Advertising. His work for Globe Postpaid and Listerine have won at Kidlat Awards, Boomerang Awards, Spikes Asia, Adobo Design and been accepted to Campaign Brief’s The Work. Including his “Stand Up” work for Manulife Philippines, which became one of the country’s most watched online films. In 2017 he represented The Philippines at Cannes’ Young Lions.

Promoted to Senior Account Manager, Sofia Lobregat has been with JWT Philippines for two years as an Account Manager, handling leading clients Johnson & Johnson and Del Monte Philippines. She worked with J&J’s OTC business on Sinutab’s awareness campaign “Laban Mo Sa Sipong Baraulo”. For Del Monte, she led the latest launch positioning Juice Drinks as the healthier choice vs. soft drinks. She recently won Best Account Manager at the 2017 Ripple Awards, recognition given by J&J to its partner agencies and suppliers.

And Catherine Lee is promoted to Account Manager, having been with JWT Philippines for almost 2 years as an Account Executive, handling clients with rigorous timelines from Globe Platinum and Postpaid through to TM. She has managed to seamlessly transition between different client brands, always displaying thoroughness and vigor. The volume of different materials demanded for these campaigns, sometimes all at once – helped her develop the skills and gain the knowledge that make her an integral part of the JWT team.
