Lowe Vietnam has been awarded duties on Vietnam FMCG giant Masan Consumer Corporation’s bottled beverage portfolio. Lowe will deliver integrated communications across the country for Masan brands such as Vinh Hao (mineral water), Vinh Hao Aktiva (Isotonic) and WakeUp 247 (energy drink) among others. The work was awarded without a pitch. Duties begin immediately.

Le Trung Thanh, Deputy CEO of Masan Consumer Corporation said:  “Lowe has proven credentials of building effective brands across categories. When it came to finding a partner to help us fuel our ambitious plans to build our brands with renewed impetus and thrust on marketing, Lowe Vietnam seemed the obvious choice. We are happy to partner with an agency that is strategically-led and shows great commitment to make us successful”.

Michel Borelli, Managing Director, Lowe Vietnam adds: “At Lowe, we are keen to work with clients who have big ambitions. Masan is one among them. As a company led by innovation and hunger to see their brands grow, they give us a fertile ground to exercise our strategic approach for building powerful brands. I see the beginning of a great partnership, and hope to deliver great results for the Masan group”.

Rupen Desai, Regional President, Lowe Asia Pacific, shared: “Lowe Vietnam is known for business results and that too with work that wins both consumer and award juries’ attention. This partnership with Masan, on such an important portfolio of national brands, is a great sign of even better things to come.”

Masan Consumer is one of Vietnam’s largest local diversified FMCG companies. It manufactures and distributes a range of food and beverage products, including soya sauce, fish sauce, chili sauce, instant noodles, instant coffee, instant cereals and bottled beverages.

Lowe Vietnam recently took on award-winning Lowe SSP3 creative Carlos Camacho as ECD, as part of the agency’s plan for robust advancement in Vietnam and the region.
