KUALA LUMPUR – Mindshare, the global media agency network, that is part of WPP, has been appointed as the digital agency for The Nippon Paint Malaysia Group, Malaysia’s No. 1 Total Coating Solutions provider with a multi-segment portfolio of offerings ranging from Architectural, Automotive, Industrial, Protective to Marine coatings.
The appointment takes effect immediately and comes within one month of Mindshare taking over the media planning and buying assignment for Nippon Paint. It is significant as it now places the responsibility for all digital creative and production within a media agency. The incumbent was Tribal Worldwide.
With this appointment, Mindshare now manages the complete Paid-Owned-Earned media and digital brand assets for Nippon Paint. The scope-of-work covers social media, revamp and maintenance of multiple brand websites, digital creative development, SEO and UX audits.
