MUMBAI – Tasked to lead the relationship with key clients and grow the agency, Orchard Advertising, a part of Leo Burnett Group India, has appointed Sharmine Panthaky as Vice President and Branch Head of its Mumbai office.
Panthaku previously worked as National Head of Interspace Solutions. She brings with her 13 years of professional experience in media and advertising including mainline advertising, out-of-home, engagement, news distribution and below-the-line.
Kaizad Pardiwalla, Chief Operating Officer of Orchard Advertising explains the rationale behind the choice, “In her we found the unique ability to define the purpose for brands and devise business solutions that could unlock their true potential in the market.”
Talking about Panthaky’s job role, Pardiwalla added that she will be working with a multi-disciplinary team across The Leo Burnett Group India’s specialized offerings in digital, retail, activation, and more, helping to drive an integrated communication initiative with the agency’s partner brands.

Before Interspace Solutions, Panthaky has worked with Bates CHI and Partners, Clear Channel Mudra, Contract Advertising, Portland India, and Radio Mirchi.
