BANGKOK – Oriental Post (OP), a division of Kantana Group Public Company and Thailand’s oldest influential entertainment, film, and television production company, has appointed Stephen Douglas as General Manager.
Douglas joins OP after successfully establishing a facility for Fin Design + Effects in Shanghai where he joined in 2013.
“We have been searching for the right person to help develop our business and Stephen’s appointment signals a very positive change of pace for Oriental Post and our valued clients in Asia,” said OP CEO Ying Pimlapat.
While his specific focus is on the Indonesia and China offices, Douglas is also tasked to build OP’s post business throughout the Asian region and worldwide.
“It had to be a great role to tempt me away from FIN. This is an exciting opportunity for me to put the experience and networks I’ve built up in Asia over the past decade to excellent use. I’m looking forward to working with Ying and the Oriental Post family. It’s going to be quite an adventure!” exclaimed Douglas.
