Carol Lam will now be sitting in as the chief creative officer of Publicis Groupe Hong Kong, in addition to her mandate as president and chief creative officer of Leo Burnett Greater China. Lam has played a vital role in landing the Cathay Pacific account and has been actively involved in the airline’s Hong Kong Sevens campaign as well as the rebranding campaign ‘Move Beyond’.
In Lam’s new role as the creative leader, she will be overseeing all Publicis Groupe agencies in Hong Kong including Leo Burnett, Publicis Worldwide, Saatchi & Saatchi, Digitas, PR firm MSL and Luminous.

Previously, Lam was the Creative Chief Officer and managing director at DDB before moving to Leo Burnett two years ago. She first dipped her toe into the advertising industry several years ago with an internship at Saatchi & Saatchi China, followed by stints at JWT, McCann and TBWA.
