After spending a decade with Omnicom, Chiang stepped down from his role last April 2018. Prior to joining OMG, he was the Asia Pacific CEO at PHD Media, Managing Director at Cummins&Partners and Group Account Director at M&C Saatchi.
Chiang said in a statement that he admires Mutiny’s goal to be the “world’s first predictive advertising agency” and its calls to action moving forward.
