BURBANK, CALIF. – Disney Parks, Experiences and Products (DPEP) announced today that Helen Pak has been named Senior Vice President, Creative – Marketing Design and Content leading The Walt Disney Company’s internal creative agency, Yellow Shoes.
Pak will provide hands-on leadership for the ideation, creative development and execution of the Global Marketing and Sales initiatives for Walt Disney Parks & Resorts businesses and oversee creative leadership for Disney Cruise Line, Adventures by Disney, Disney Vacation Club and Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa in Hawaii.
Additionally, Pak will oversee a team of more than 250 communications and creative experts from a wide range of creative backgrounds. In this role, she will also support the Global Marketing leaders such as Corporate Franchise and Walt Disney Imagineering, working collaboratively with local and internal teams as well as external agencies to provide creative brand support in the development process and execution of Disney’s worldwide portfolio.

Coming to The Walt Disney Company with more than 20 years of experience in the marketing and advertising industry, Pak most recently served as the President of Grey Advertising Agency in Toronto and the National Chief Creative Officer for Grey Group. She has been recognized as a top leader within the industry, being honored by Adweek as one of the Top 13 Global Leaders in Advertising and being named twice to Creativepool’s Top 100 Influencers.

She also served as the Global Creative Strategist for Facebook/Instagram, where she supported multiple business verticals including Travel, Tourism, Retail, CPG, QSR and eCommerce.
