HONG KONG – PHD Hong Kong has appointed Imogen Bourke as Head of Strategy to lead on the continued development and elevation of the agency’s strategic product across all client portfolios.
Bourke joins the agency from Melbourne, Australia where she was Director – Strategy at Starcom, responsible for leading the agency’s strategic arm for over five years. The appointment is effective immediately and Bourke will report into Clement Chung, Managing Director of PHD Hong Kong.

The appointment comes shortly after the publication of the RECMA report on Overall Activity Volume Rankings for 2018 in Hong Kong, which confirms PHD’s placement among the top 3 agencies in Hong Kong in terms of billings and market share, as stated in COMvergence’s report that came out in June.
