“I couldn’t be more excited to join R/GA — even more so, given the current uncertainty. It’s businesses like R/GA that lean into the disruption, invest in R&D, and champion creativity to better serve the changing needs of society,” said Ben Miles.

“And it’s the diverse talent across the world that makes this all possible, and the main reason I’ve joined. The collaborative nature of the global network is unlike anything I’ve seen – designed to scale and create a more human future.”

Reporting to Mike Rigby, R/GA’s Global Head of Brand Transformation based in New York, Ben will focus on helping clients to build strong, relevant brands rooted in business and connected across experiences. With nearly two decades of experience, he is uniquely positioned to deliver innovative brand solutions that fuse business rigor and creativity.

Previously at Interbrand, Miles was a key creative leader and delivered acclaimed work for The Prince Akatoki, Independent Grocers for Australia (IGA), and Telstra. He most recently led Australian Marriage Equality’s award-winning campaign G’ AY MATE. Ben is a fervent advocate for design’s ability to break barriers and create social change. He brings a human-centered approach to his work with the goal of creating projects that are in-tune with the needs of people and incites positivity in the world.
