Publicis Singapore appoints Joanne Theseira as New Business Director

SINGAPORE – Publicis Singapore has appointed Joanne Theseira as New Business Director, a newly created role as part of the agency’s commitment to unify and integrate its services and offerings to clients.

Bringing with her 12 years of experience in communications, marketing and advertising, Theseira will be responsible for Publicis Singapore’s new business partnerships with clients. Her appointment is effective immediately.
 
“Joanne is a rare hybrid in our industry—an integrated brand leader and a digital native with an entrepreneurial spirit. Her passion and vigour for new ideas will be key in helping us grow our business, and in creating real and positive change for our current and new clients,” remarked Loris Nold, CEO of Publicis Asia Pacific. “She represents the breed of talents Publicis plans to hire in order to realize our ambition to lead the change for brands in order to own the future.”

Theseira moves to Publicis Singapore following a successful career at TBWA\ Singapore, where she spent the last 10 years leading client relationships across a range of industries, and driving new business for the agency group, notably helping to secure accounts like the Economic Development Board, Tiger Airways, Mondelez and numerous digital pitches for TBWA’s Digital Arts Network in it’s first year of launch in 2012, which helped the agency win a  Gold for Campaign Asia’s Digital Agency of the year.
