Spikes Asia 2017: Creative Effectiveness, Music, Integrated shortlists out

Spikes Asia has released the last batch of shortlists from the Creative Effectiveness, Music, and Integrated categories. 

Under the Creative Effectiveness category, only five campaigns made it to the shortlist. BBDO India and Bajaj Auto claimed two spots for India. I&S BBDO from Japan notched a spot in the shortlist with “Cat Street View” for Hiroshima Tourism. Meanwhile, Colenso BBDO gained a nod for “Brewtroleum” for DB Breweries/Heineken. Rounding out the shortlist is DDB Sydney for #MacItBetter for McDonald’s Australia. 

Meanwhile, the Music category turned out 12 shortlisted entries split between agencies from just three countries. Japanese agencies led the group with six shortlisted entries, followed by Australia at five, and rounded out by China’s one mention.

Finally, 11 entries gained shortlist nods under the Integrated category, with India claiming five spots, Australia coming in with three shortlisted entries, while New Zealand, Singapore, and Pakistan each notched one mention. 

Winners will be announced during tonight’s Spikes Asia Awards Show at the MasterCard Theatre, Marina Bay Sands, Singapore.
