GOA – At the recent Goafest Advertising Awards in India which happened during 7-9th of April, Taproot Dentsu immersed as the top winning agency with the maximum number of metals and most Gold awarded agency over the weekend.
Goafest 2017 concluded Saturday evening after three days of celebrating the Indian media and entertainment industry, honoring the best talent at the ABBYs and with some of the most respected names from the media industry marking their presence at the annual event.
Taproot Dentsu whose tally at the end of day 2 was 6 Gold, 15 Silvers, and 7 Bronze metals, swept the Abbys Awards by winning a total of 41 metals – 9 Golds, 20 Silvers, and 12 Bronzes. The agency’s gold metals included its work on Adidas Odds and Airtel. It bagged some Silvers and Bronzes for some of their key clientele Adidas Odds, Panasonic, American Tourister, Honda Motors, Dulux, and Airtel Open Network.

The Social Street, with a total 40 metals – 4 Gold, 9 Silver, and 27 Bronze. Among The Golds bagged by the agency were for Good Day Stars In Their Eyes and Spot of Sun for Health Assure. Silvers were won for Axis Mutual Funds- Do Your Homework, Arvind Lifestyle Brands The Priceless Shirt, Star Jalsha Bring Them Back and Madhya Pradesh Police Ujjain- Doorstep Resort, Doorstep Office, and Doorstep Home.
J Walter Thompson bagged 36 metals- 6 gold, 14 silver, and 16 bronze.The agency won Golds for Pepsi Mini Series, Indian Red Cross Society Blood Banking and Goldilocks Disclaimer series.
Scarecrow Communication won 21 metals in all – 9 silver and 12 bronze. Dentsu Impact – Dentsu Aegis Network bagged a total of 20 metals.
