NEW YORK – The One Club has announced the finalists for film, cross-platform, direct and print & outdoor categories from 40 countries of the 43rd Annual One Show Awards. One Show celebrates the year’s best in all forms of advertising, design and marketing communications.
According to some of the judges, Emoji keyboards and attempts to do interesting things with VR proliferated the themes of this year’s finalists. An integration of the traditional and contemporary media is also apparent. “The old distinctions between online film and offline are becoming more blurred,” said Ben Tollet, ECD, adam&eveDDB/London and a Film category judge. “Print is now so closely linked with the internet.” added Eugene Cheong, CCO, Ogilvy & Mather/APAC, Singapore and Print & Outdoor category judge.
