Manulife taps XM Asia Pacific for online system

ASIA-PACIFIC – SINGAPORE, DECEMBER 26, 2011: Manulife Singapore will be working with digital agency XM Asia Pacific to provide user experience expertise service for Manutouch, their extranet sales and service system.

 
XM Asia Pacific is tasked to enhance the user experience and improve the use of this online system. “Our aim in this project is to advance and push the boundaries of user experience,” said Hema Thiagarajah, Consumer Experience Doretor, XM Asia Pacific.
