INDIA – DDB Mudra Group has launched Track DDB last Thursday to be led by Venkat Mallik, the current president of Tribal DDB and RAPP India.

Track DDB will initially be launched in India with existing RAPP India clients, including HDFC, Aditya Birla Group, FBB, Royal Canin, Loyalty Solutions and VGuard.

The agency’s services include creative services, data and digital analytics, database marketing, CRM, digital and mobile marketing services. Mumbai and Delhi will be Track DDB’s first area of operations, with plans to open a Bangalore office.

The launch in India follows recent Track DDB openings in Canada, Germany and Singapore earlier this year, with further expansion expected soon.

It’s unclear if Mallik, now Track DDB President, will retain his post with Tribal DDB and RAPP. Track DDB in Canada, for example, is rebrand of RAPP Canada last June.

“The new world of marketing calls for a complete overhaul in thinking about marketing communications solutions across consumer touch points and Track DDB will bring these to clients. Track DDB will offer solutions customised to specific industry verticals across FMCG, IT and B2B, financial services, retail, automotive and real estate, among others,’ Mallik said.

Madhukar Kamath, Group CEO & MD, DDB Mudra Group, explains that the launch of Track DDB is “a great opportunity for us to create a mainstream offering in this hyper-connected data digital world. Track DDB will offer creative solutions across connected touch points to address today’s consumer.’
