ASIA – Simon Kemp, Regional Managing Partner of We Are Social in Asia, has launched Kepios, a new strategic marketing consultancy.

Kepios helps senior marketers and business owners to identify their brands’ highest-value opportunities and challenges, and address them with strategies for enduring success.

The consultancy offers three core services – business planning, brand strategy, and team development – which combine to help clients adopt an integrated strategic approach across the entire marketing mix.

Explaining the new venture, Kemp says that Kepios addresses a growing need in the industry: “Marketers today can choose from a wide variety of partners to help them bring the different elements of their brand strategy to life, but when it comes to actually developing that strategy, there are precious few partners who offer objective advice that covers the entire marketing mix. As a result, most marketers are developing standalone strategies for each of the 4Ps, resulting in disjointed approaches that compromise both efficiency and effectiveness.”

Kemp continues, “By offering strategic counsel that is independent of any subsequent execution or delivery, Kepios can provide objective guidance that is built around a brand’s priority needs, rather than its partners’ business models.”

Kepios operates all over the world from its base in Singapore, and has already signed a number of household-name clients.

Kepios is led by Simon Kemp, who remains Regional Managing Partner of We Are Social in Asia and a key member of the agency’s global management team. Kepios is incorporated as a wholly owned subsidiary of We Are Social, but operates independently as a distinct but complementary offering to the agency.
