PHILADELPHIA – Leading brand experience agency WRG is strengthening its operation in the US with the creation of a new senior management role. Jennifer Baker joins as Director of Operations overseeing the Live Events department that creates and manages high-end live experiences.
Formerly Executive Producer, Experiential at Tool of NA where she oversaw the day-to-day operations and long-term growth of the experiential department, Jennifer brings with her two decades of executive production experience for Fortune 500 brands including Nike, Delta, Nestle, Samsung and Google.
As Director of Operations, Jennifer will be responsible for the leadership, logistics and management of the Live Events department working with Graeme Beavers, VP of North America on the growth and strategy of the agency in the US.

Some of Baker’s most recent projects have included the Lexus LIT IS which was featured in Dua Lipa’s ‘Be the One’ music video; an AR experience for Intel; and The Single’s Project which won an Emmy Award for Outstanding Creative Achievement in Interactive Media – Multiplatform Storytelling.
The growth of the US team follows a period of sustained growth for WRG and The Creative Engagement Group. Last week WRG announced the creation of a new environments team in the US, created to boost creative design and high profile healthcare brand launches to meet increased demand for live and experiential campaigns.
The Creative Engagement Group recently added healthcare training experts Axiom to operate alongside sister agencies WRG, The Moment and Just Communicate.
