MANILA, PHILIPPINES – Global consultancy R3 Worldwide has just revealed the June 2022 new business league rankings for the Asia Pacific region, with consistent performances from last month’s report.
Creative agencies
Most of the 20 agencies that made it to this month’s list have retained their spots from previous rankings, with impressive leaps from It’s Friday and Leo Burnett, which were both not included in last month’s new business league. As for the top performing creative agencies in June, the top three spots were once again filled up by Ogilvy, DDB, and Wunderman Thompson – with DDB and Wunderman Thompson switching positions from last month’s ranking.
Ogilvy raked the biggest accounts this month, with recent wins including Aureus Academy Singapore, China
Energy Engineering Corp China, and Dongpeng Group China, to name a few. DDB was also awarded several big accounts, including DOH Philippines Project, and the Bangchak Corporation (Energy) Thailand Project. Wunderman Thompson, meanwhile, won the following new accounts: Msc Pfizer India, The Macallan,
Famous Grouse Global CRM, and Monster.com India.
Media agencies
Media agencies, on the other hand, have been very active in moving up and down the rankings for this month’s R3 Worldwide New Business list. The top three media agencies are Mindshare, Zenith, and PHD, with their respective big wins. Mindshare, which moved from the second spot last month to number one in June, was awarded the media mandate for Master Kong China, Heineken China Planning, and Dah Sing Bank Hong Kong. Zenith, which moved down a spot from number one in May, recently secured the media accounts for Berli Jucker Public Company Thailand Project, Homelane India, and Huawei China Project. Lastly, ranking number three from the fourth spot last month is PHD, which was awarded the following accounts: Vitasoy China, Indosat Indonesia, and Didi China.
