MANILA, PHILIPPINES – Between February 21 to 24, registered Swifties across the Philippines had the chance to step into the Mastermind of Taylor Swift’s 11 iconic eras through an immersive, interactive exhibition.
“Taylor Swift’s music shapes culture, sparks connection, and has set numerous worldwide records
on Spotify. In the Philippines, her growth has been phenomenal, driven by the unstoppable energy
of Filipino Swifties,” said Spotify’s Head of Music Southeast Asia, Kossy Ng. “That’s why we’re
excited to bring ‘This Is Taylor Swift: A Spotify Playlist Experience’ to Manila, celebrating her
iconic musical eras with the fans who live and breathe her music.”
And the numbers don’t lie. The Philippines is Taylor Swift’s second-largest streaming market in the world, with This Is Taylor Swift playlist streams skyrocketing by 150% over the past three years. The country’s top-streamed tracks include Cruel Summer at #1, followed by Lover (#2), Fortnight (feat. Post Malone) (#3), august (#4), and cardigan (#5). Meanwhile, cities like Quezon City, Manila, Cebu, Caloocan, and Davao are at the forefront of streaming Taylor’s music, proving just how deep the Swiftie love runs in the country.
Manila is the second Asian city to host This Is Taylor Swift. A Spotify Playlist Experience, following its debut in Jakarta on February 14-17. The experience will head to Seoul in the coming weeks.

- Enchanted Hallway: The adventure begins with a dreamy entrance bathed in the signature colors of Taylor’s 11 eras, accompanied by the instrumental of “Enchanted (Taylor’s Version).”
- The Great Collection: A deep dive into Taylor’s evolution, this space features 11 dedicated panels for each era, where fans can use NFC tags to instantly access albums on Spotify.
- This Is Me Writing: Experience Taylor’s creative process firsthand in a stunning light projection room, where her lyrics cascade from ceiling to floor. Fans can also share their favorite lyrics via Spotify to claim exclusive swag.
- Surprise & Delight Moments: Snap an era-inspired photo at Picture to Keep, uncover a special treat at Message in a Booth, and indulge in a cozy cup of hot chocolate at Chocolate Street, where colored chocolate balls melt into warm milk for a sweet surprise.
Fans can also take home an exclusive Spotify x This Is Taylor Swift playlist swag. By sharing Taylor’s lyrics and song from Spotify to their social media and tag @spotifyph #ThisIsTaylorSwift, fans can get this unique Spotify This is Taylor Swift merchandise that allows them to carry Taylor’s music with them, anytime, anywhere with just a tap of their phone.
