Iris Singapore is the new agency on record for GoTyme Bank’s CRM mandates

SINGAPORE — Iris Singapore has been appointed as the agency of record (AOR) for the creative and Customer relationship management (CRM) mandates of GoTyme Bank. GoTyme Bank, owned by one of the Philippines’ leading conglomerates, the Gokongwei Group, and Tyme Bank, a multi-cultural banking group, is a phygital (physical and digital) model bank in the Philippines that puts customer service and ease of access at the forefront of the Filipino banking experience.

GoTyme Bank called for a multi-agency pitch earlier this year. As part of the response, Iris Singapore demonstrated how it would support GoTyme Bank’s aim to unlock Filipinos’ financial potential. The agency is tasked with setting and bringing to life the brand positioning.
