Bud appoints Patricia Malay, Urvashi Raizada to senior roles

SINGAPORE — Bud, the award-winning PR agency for disruptor brands, has announced two senior appointments, bringing online a new suite of creative communications solutions to its B2B, consumer, and non-profit clients. 

Following the appointment of Patricia Malay as Client Services Director and Urvashi Raizada as Content Director, Bud’s roster of ambitious clients will now have access to new creative content strategy and production capabilities, in addition to DE&I consulting, crisis preparedness, and branding. 

Having spent the past two decades leading global agencies from the Philippines, Patricia joins Bud’s leadership team and reports to Founder and CEO Oliver Budgen. Alongside heavy-hitting client experience across tech, lifestyle, and entertainment, Patricia was shortlisted last year as a PR Agency Head of the Year by PR Awards Asia. In addition, Patricia also brings many years of leading media handling and crisis preparedness workshops for C-suite and senior executives, managing communications around crises, and designing regional DE&I programs across Asia Pacific for one of the industry’s largest network agencies.

A former editor turned in-house strategist, Urvashi brings over ten years of regional communications expertise across technology, HR, and luxury lifestyle. Before joining Bud, Urvashi led content strategy for some of the biggest tech brands in the region, including social media strategy, thought leadership and data-driven content for industry leaders like Samsung, PayPal and Binance.
