Dentsu Thailand appoints Oliver Kittipong Veerataecha as Group Chief Marketing Officer, Brand Innovation

BANGKOK, THAILAND – Creative agency Dentsu Thailand has appointed Oliver Kittipong Veerataecha as Group Chief Marketing Officer, Brand Innovation as part of its strategic plan for business transformation to drive client engagement and digital innovation effective January 03. This appointment is part of dentsu’s global strategy to strengthen its business growth by providing world-class marketing services and data-driven integrated solutions.

Dentsu International announced the creation of a new philosophy and vision recently which will take effect in January 2023 as part of its business integration. As part of the business consolidation, dentsu has aligned its new business structure to ensure effective management continuity.

Oliver will oversee the group’s strategic marketing services plan, the transformation of its integrated solutions, and business growth opportunities in creative technology. He will spearhead the group’s business strategy for Thailand with Wisarn Sirijantanon, CEO of Media Services Line, and Narong Tresuchon, CEO of Dentsu Creative. He will be reporting to Sanjay Basin, CEO of dentsu Thailand, Vietnam, and Myanmar.

Prior to joining dentsu, Oliver was the Chief Brand and Group Communication Officer at TRUE corporation Plc. and President of WPP’s VMLY&R Thailand. He is well-known and respected in the marketing, advertising, and telco tech industry and is recognized as a new generation of leaders known for his integrated marketing expertise and brand communication capabilities. He has over 25 years of experience in the creative, media, and digital technology industry and is renowned for developing innovative technology that combines creative marketing strategy to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Oliver was recently recognized as the “Outstanding Leader” for Brand Management in the Lifestyle and Technology category at Asia’s CEO Summit & Award Ceremony 2021 for the development of the world-class 5G Digital Lifestyle Tech Hub, and he won numerous awards at the Asian Marketing Congress.
