LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM – VCCP, the global challenger network for brands has promoted Ellie Gauci to Head of Strategy for its Loyalty & CRM division.
Gauci steps into the role at a time when VCCP’s loyalty, CRM, and data strategy offering is expanding, with marquee clients including LEGO, Transport for London, and Canon. She will work alongside Head of Loyalty & CRM Matt Broekhuizen, bringing her expertise in brand-building loyalty programs that emphasize community-driven engagement and one-to-one relationships.
VCCP’s unique approach to loyalty and CRM integrates brand-building with data-driven strategies to ensure seamless implementation and maximum impact. By leveraging compound creativity and a brand-first philosophy, the agency has driven measurable impact for clients like LEGO and Fortnum & Mason. The latter’s Friends of Fortnum’s program has led to a fourfold increase in shopping frequency among members.
In addition to stand-alone clients, the Loyalty & CRM division also supports integrated accounts across the VCCP network, including White Claw, Sage, and Canon’s global Canon Club.
Gauci previously held the role of Group Head of Planning, working with flagship clients and creating fame-driving integrated campaigns for O2, Domino’s, and TfL. She will head up a growing team of loyalty, CRM, and data strategists and will report to Michael Lee, Chief Strategy Officer. Gauci will work alongside Head of Loyalty & CRM, Matt Broekhuizen and will be jointly responsible for boosting one to one engagement across the integrated agency.
