Havas Cambodia appoints Sarah Louzioui as Managing Director and Lalaine Baldelomar as General Manager

PHNOM PENH, CAMBODIA — Havas has announced a significant leadership transition in Cambodia, as Rastislav Kanuch, current CEO of Havas Cambodia, will be departing the agency due to personal reasons. As such, Sarah Louzioui will assume the role of Managing Director for Havas Cambodia, transitioning from her current position as General Manager at Havas Champagne, the integrated division of Havas Cambodia. Assisting her in this new capacity will be Lalaine Baldelomar, who will move from her role as Group Media Director to General Manager for the agency. Both Sarah and Lalaine will oversee the Village and report directly to Rana Barua, Group CEO for India, Southeast Asia & North Asia.

Sarah Louzioui brings a wealth of industry knowledge and leadership skills, gained through her experience having worked across various network groups. In her role as General Manager, she has made significant contributions to enhancing meaningful media experiences for clients and stakeholders. Her ability to seamlessly blend strategic insights, innovation, and performance with creative brilliance has led to substantial new business wins for the agency.

With over 15 years of extensive experience spanning multiple ASEAN markets, including the Philippines, Singapore, and Cambodia, Lalaine Baldelomar has been an integral part of Havas Cambodia for over six years. Beginning her journey as the Media Group Head before moving on to the role of Group Media Director, Lalaine has played a pivotal role in managing client relationships and driving business success through the development and execution of effective media strategies.

Commenting on the leadership changes, Rana Barua, Group CEO for India, Southeast Asia & North Asia, shared, “Both Sarah and Lalaine are strong, dynamic leaders who have demonstrated their ability to drive growth and innovation.
