Havas Cambodia reports series of appointments and promotions with new CEO Rastislav Kanuch

PHNOM PENH, CAMBODIA — Havas Cambodia has announced a series of senior appointments and promotions across its agencies, aimed at bolstering the agency’s capabilities and driving continued growth. These transformative changes follow the recent appointment of Rastislav Kanuch as CEO of Havas Cambodia, reflecting the agency’s unwavering commitment to expanding and fortifying its presence in the market. 

Leading the digital forefront for Havas Cambodia will be Peter Holán, who assumes the role of Head of Interactions. Peter brings a wealth of digital expertise, specializing in advertising technologies, data management platforms, and media tools. As Head of Interactions, his mandate includes enhancing the agency’s innovative offerings, client relationships and collaborating closely with the creative and media teams to seamlessly integrate global-standard AdTech tools into campaigns. Additionally, Junnette Hasco has been elevated to the position of Media Group Head, taking charge of the agency’s media offerings.  

Sarah Louzioui has been appointed to the role of General Manager at Havas Champagne, the integrated division of Havas Cambodia, providing comprehensive 360-degree services. Sarah brings extensive industry knowledge and leadership skills having worked across various network groups. In her capacity as General Manager, her primary goal is to deliver clients all-encompassing business development solutions that seamlessly blend strategic insights, innovation, and performance with creative brilliance, all while actively contributing to the elevation of meaningful media experiences.

In tandem with these advancements, Constance Dayot has been promoted to the position of HR Associate Director. In her expanded role, she will oversee human resources initiatives for both Cambodia and Thailand, ensuring that the agency continues to attract and retain top talent. 

Taking the creative helm as Creative Director is Kinal Kong, a seasoned professional recognized for his innovative thinking, dedication to creative strategies rooted in local insights, and proficiency in art direction, graphic design, and production. 

Complementing these new appointments are well-deserved promotions within the team. Supporting the creative team are Freddie Bernal and Pagnarith Sao, who have been promoted as Associate Creative DirectorsChanpisal Chin has been elevated to the position of Senior Creative Group Head, while Sokmeas “Sujin” Khon has assumed the role of Creative Group Head. Additionally, Chanrksa Uy has been entrusted with overseeing the production unit as Head of Production.  

In parallel, Havas Cambodia’s research arm, Barefoot, has promoted research veteran Sokunnara Thlen to the role of Research Director, responsible for spearheading new research development initiatives as well as drive the implementation of people-centric data strategies.
