At Smart Communications, Francis garnered revenue, market shares, brand equity, CX, and profit targets as Senior Vice President and the Business Head for the Mobile and Consumer Wireless Business Unit and was also behind the achievement of organization and people targets.

Now a part of PICKUP COFFEE, Francis aims to maintain the establishment’s premium quality while elevating the brand through cost-effective offerings. His ambition also includes cultivating brand loyalty and striking a chord with Filipinos through PICKUP Coffee’s affordability.

A recent initiative reaffirming his goal was The PICKUP POP-UP Lab, held on August 06 at Whitespace Manila, Makati. It was an exciting and educational one-day event showcasing how the espresso behind the local franchise’s drinks is made. The event also demonstrated the thought and care behind every cup, reflecting Francis’ direction for the company.

“It’s always been our goal to create premium beverages priced accessibly, and we will continue to do so,” Matteo Gancayco, PICKUP COFFEE Philippine Marketing Head, shared.

Once a humble brand manager many years ago, Francis’ career continues to flourish as he embarks on his newfound journey with PICKUP COFFEE.
