Kapil Arora is named Ogilvy Indonesia’s Chief Operating Officer

JAKARTA, INDONESIA — As part of Ogilvy Group’s endeavor to further strengthen its integrated, modern marketing offering to clients in Indonesia, it has brought in Kapil Arora as Chief Operating Officer of the team in Indonesia.

Kapil’s professional journey spans over 25 years in communication and consulting, successfully leading integrated businesses and offices across Ogilvy in Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Delhi in India. His last assignment was as Co-Chairman and CEO of the Ogilvy India group agency, 82.5 Communications.

A firm believer in great work that works, his work has garnered recognition at Cannes, Spikes, LIA, One Show, World Effie Congress, and APAC Effies and has won two Grand Effies in India. His team’s work on Vodafone in particular (The IPL Zoozoos campaign), has been recognized as one of the most iconic pieces of work in India, in the last century.
