People: Annalect appoints Ravikumar Shankar, Nina Fedorczuk, and Kothandaram Venkatakrishnan in key leadership roles

SINGAPORE — Annalect, Omnicom Media Group’s data and analytics division, has announced three key APAC appointments, including the promotion of Ravikumar Shankar as Chief Data Solutions Officer and Nina Fedorczuk as Chief Enablement Officer. Additionally, Kothandaram Venkatakrishnan joins the Annalect regional team as Chief Client Officer.

With the future of digital marketing set in a “privacy by default” environment, OMG has supercharged the Annalect team with the best-in-class talent to help its clients thrive in an ever-evolving data landscape. Collectively, the trio will play an instrumental role in continuing to elevate data innovation capabilities, disseminate new capacities within the region’s agency network and create modern data experiences to fuel client growth.

Ravikumar Shankar was previously Annalect’s Data & Technology lead for APAC and has led the network’s data innovation capabilities by combining deep industry knowledge with cutting-edge marketing technology solutions. As Annalect Chief Data Solutions Officer, Ravi will continue to play a vital role in shaping clients’ and agencies’ data and marketing technology vision in a continuously evolving privacy landscape. Additionally, Ravi will also lead Annalect’s data & product strategy to deliver impactful business outcomes to the agency’s network and clients. He will also be responsible for the development of data solutions and capabilities roadmap based on the client’s needs and market trends.

No stranger to the OMG family, Nina Fedorczuk has been a part of the OMG network for 15 years. Throughout her career with OMG, Nina has led the Innovation Enablement team across EMEA and APAC and played a key role in developing and fortifying OMG Insights and Innovation community in APAC. As Chief Enablement Officer, Nina will be steering the operations and adoption of Omni, the group’s propriety marketing operating system, to empower teams across the agency network to build first-class marketing solutions for clients. Lastly, Kothandaram Venkatakrishnan brings nearly two decades of multinational experience to the role of Chief Client Officer of Annalect APAC. Most recently, Kothand served as Managing Director at Annalect in New York, responsible for transforming data and analytics operations for Nissan. Prior to joining OMG, he held global data and analytics leadership roles in Wunderman Thompson across the US and UK. Kothand’s expertise in transforming clients’ businesses with data-driven strategies will see him lead the group’s data and analytics initiatives regionally and spearhead game-changing solutions for clients.
