LONDON, UK — WRG, the events and experiential division of The Creative Engagement Group (TCEG) has appointed David Ratcliffe as Head of Event Solutions, North America. In the newly created role, Ratcliffe, who will report to Tim Collett, Global Head of Events, WRG, will oversee the seamless delivery of projects supporting and guiding the North American Event teams.
Ratcliffe will work with Greg Kiner, Head of Live Events, North America, as WRG expands their offering in this area and capitalise on the return to live activities. He will drive and build the experiential capabilities of WRG through engagement in live, virtual and hybrid events. In partnership with the senior leadership team, he will lead the WRG brand to build revenue and brand equity whilst actively promoting the full range of services that are available within The Creative Engagement Group.

Ratcliffe brings 20 years’+ of experience in creating memorable events and brand awareness for brands such as Estée Lauder; British Airways; American Express; Pfizer; Shionogi; Eli Lilly; and Roche.
Most recently, he worked as a freelance Consultant and Executive Producer based in the US, working with event support partners helping them to align, transition and establish new service offerings. Prior to that he spent five years at the UK-based agency Touch Associates as Global Director of Production & Creative Services, directing UK and US operations working with clients including Merck; Discover; Amadeus; BMS. Ratcliffe has also held senior positions at Ashfield Meeting and Events as Global Director of Creative Services and as Global Events Director at Parexel.
