MANILA, PHILIPPINES – DDB Group Philippines has appointed John Tenchavez Lucas as its new Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) tasked to direct the growth strategies of the group’s select business units.
Having previously served as DDB Group Philippines’ Chief Growth Officer before his four year stint in his prior agency, Lucas returns to DDB to oversee three of the agency group’s key business units, namely, DDB PHL, Ripple8, and Tribal Worldwide Philippines.
As CRO, Lucas will find new ways to deliver growth for clients while integrating specialist agency services to constantly drive outstanding work and creative business solutions.

He hit the ground running so to speak, and has started working with the Group’s key leaders in finding ways to generate long-term growth and further enhance DDB’s relationships with its clients, its partners, and its people.
DDB Group Philippines Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Gil G. Chua expressed his excitement in being able to work with Lucas once again in further boosting DDB Group’s growth prospects given the new demands of clients and the business climate in general.

Lucas brings to the table almost three decades of experience in branding, marketing, digital, social, public relations, media, product development and launch, events and activation. He has worked for brands from the FMCG, food, QSR, banking, technology, telecommunications, and healthcare industries.
