People: Forty1 continues expansion of employee engagement offering with new hire

LONDON, UK — Forty1, the employee engagement division of The Creative Engagement Group (TCEG), continues to expand its consultancy team with the appointment of Jason Frank as Senior Communications and Engagement Consultant from this month.

Reporting to Richard Burton, Managing Partner of Forty1, Jason brings with him extensive knowledge and deep expertise of what it takes to engage a modern workforce. Jason was CEO of the London office in the global communications agency MSL for over four years and founded its specialist employee practice. In 2018 he made the career move from agency management to focus purely on consulting in the area he is passionate about – employee engagement.

More recently, Jason has spent the last two and a half years working as an independent consultant on strategic change and engagement programmes with major organisations across a variety of sectors. During his career he has led complex global projects for some of the world’s leading organisations.
