People: Global retail and hospitality consumer experience agency UXUS appoints Pakwing Man as Creative Technologist

LONDON, UK — Leading retail and hospitality consumer experience agency UXUS, part of the Interpublic Group of Companies (IPG), is pleased to announce the appointment of Pakwing Man as Creative Technologist. This is a new position within the organisation aimed at providing clients with solutions that enhance consumer experience by seamlessly integrating digital and physical environments.

Working alongside the Design and Strategy teams, Man will bring a holistic and user-centred approach to creating future-forward concepts. As the retail and hospitality sectors continue to rapidly evolve, particularly in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic, he will enable UXUS to provide clients with 360 solutions that utilise emerging and innovative technologies to help navigate consumer behaviours, creating superior experiences while helping to future proof business.

Man’s new role follows an extensive career working at the forefront of retail experience design and experimental brand marketing. Prior to joining UXUS, Man was based in Shanghai where he most recently worked at Nike as a Retail Experience Technologist, spearheading a number of the brand’s influential ‘phygital’ retail spaces that merged bricks and mortar with digital experience. Prior to this, he was Creative Director at BlueStrategy in Shanghai.
