People: Green Park Content continues aggressive growth by investing in top talents from across APAC

SINGAPORE — Green Park Content (GPC), the multi-award-winning, global content marketing and brand publishing agency, recently recognised as 3X Finalists in Campaign Asia – Pacific’s Agency of the Year Award 2021, announced that it has hired multiple, new, proven leaders from different disciplines across the region in its efforts to further strengthen its leadership, whilst improving diversity within its ranks and in its coverage.

Green Park Content is part of the Unilever Foundry start-up ecosystem, and has continued to thrive during the global pandemic, scaling-up and growing its successful operations throughout APAC. The team has seen record growth of over +150% increase this year and grown from 40 staff at the start of the year to +100 today. 70% of the GPC team are women.

GPC CLIENT SERVICING TEAM

1. Crissy Ancheta is a well-rounded advertising and communications practitioner with over 15-years of extensive experience managing integrated advertising campaigns for both multinational and local brands. With a proven and successful track record of meeting business goals for start-ups to Fortune 500 companies such as Guardian, Tupperware, P&G, Diageo, Pfizer, and Unilever, Ancheta, an industry veteran, joins Green Park Content to accelerate GPC business growth as Head of Client Services, APAC.

2. Regine Mercado brings rich experience and expertise in account management to GPC, having worked on accounts such as Unilever, NIVEA, and Robinsons Malls in the Philippines. With over 10-years of combined experience in Account Management, Strategic Business Development, Events Management, Content and Video Production, and as a Certified Digital Marketer, Regine joins GPC as a Group Account Director for Unilever and will be focusing on growing GPC’s Unilever business across the region.

3. Elaine Giam comes to GPC as a Senior Account Director based in Malaysia, with over 20-years of experience working in both mainstream and the digital marketing communications industry. Her diverse background and client expertise includes working with F&N Beverages, Unilever, Maybank, Maxis, BMW, and Microsoft.

CREATIVE PRODUCTION TEAM

4. Matt Yu is a versatile creative leader in the communications and design industry with over 10-years of experience. He has worked on a wide portfolio of leading brands including Coca-Cola and Unilever and top agencies such as NuWorks Interactive Labs, Grey, DDB and Publicis. Reporting to Creative & Global Brand Head, Fe Husaint, he joins the growing GPC creative team as the Head of Design.

5. Trina Enriquez also joins the creative team as Copy Lead. She boasts 8-years of experience as a copywriter at leading advertising agencies such as Ogilvy, Dentsu, and Publicis in the Philippines, working with various leading brands such as Guess, Pond’s, Unilever, NIVEA, Goodyear, and Cadbury.

6. Renzo Virey joins Green Park Content as a Senior Art Director. Renzo comes with 8- years of experience, having worked with Bates Chi & Partners, Ogilvy, and NuWorks Interactive Labs. He worked on brands such as Quaker, Lazada, and UNICEF, and had a stint on the brand side for Skechers as in-house creative.

7. Mirza Afiq Beg joins Green Park Content, based in Malaysia as the Regional Social Media Lead, reporting to Global Social Media Lead, to manage all things social across APAC. With over 7-years of leading agency experience, from media, digital to creative arms, Mirza is an all-around social media specialist who has worked on leading brands such as Ford, F&N, Petronas, British American Tobacco, Spritzer, and Celcom.

EDITORIAL TEAM

8. Lily Wong joins GPC as Managing Editor for Malaysia. She has over 18-years of experience as a writer and editor in Malaysia working with several print and digital magazines and publications.

9. Jordana Maia Blanco has spent over 11-years creating quality content across both traditional and digital environments. With an eye for detail and storytelling, Jordana joins GPC as Managing Editor. Her previous stints include working on the Honeycombers platform.

In addition to the new hires, GPC has promoted Fe Husaint, former Creative & Brand Strategy Director, who is responsible for accelerating company growth this year, to Creative & Global Brand Head. Fe will be overseeing a 45-strong, integrated creative production team – comprising Social, Creative, Production, and Post-Production units. Fe Husaint will also be the youngest group partner globally.

Que Ramli, who has also been instrumental in growing Green Park Content’s social business in APAC region, has been promoted from Social Media Lead APAC to Global Social Media Lead.

Martin Niens, formally Head of Client Services, has also been promoted to the role of Head of Operations at GPC, to drive new business and turbo-power growth.
