SINGAPORE – I&S BBDO Inc., BBDO JAPAN Inc. and BBDO J WEST Inc. announce that their Board of Directors meeting on December 10, 2020 has unofficially decided on personnel changes relating to the Chairman, Representative Directors and other executives as follows.
The new Chairman of I&S BBDO Inc. will be officially appointed upon the selection at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and the subsequent Board of Directors meeting, both of which are scheduled in March, 2021.

These changes will be made with the purpose of developing a new driving force for I&S BBDO Inc., BBDO JAPAN Inc. and BBDO J WEST Inc., aiming at strengthening their management capabilities with accelerated decision-making and business execution, thereby enhancing responsiveness to their changing business structure.
The incoming President Representative Director of I&S BBDO, Yoshihiro Nagai, joined Dentsu Inc. on April 1985, and became Director of Dentsu Young & Rubicam Singapore on April 1994. On June 1998, he became Group Account Director for Client Services Division 18 of their network for more than a decade until April 2011, where he moved up to be the President Director of Dentsu Consultants Indonesia. He then became CEO of Dentsu Aegis Network Korea on May 2015, and three years later joins I&S BBDO Inc. as Managing Director. He is currently sitting as President of I&S BBDO Inc. since March 2019.
