MANILA, PHILIPPINES — LIXIL, maker of pioneering water and housing products recently appointed Hermie Limbo as the Leader of LIXIL Water Technology (LWT) – Philippines.
Through its power brands American Standard, GROHE and INAX, among others; LIXIL has been serving the demands of its discerning consumers in the Philippines market since 2005. To capitalize on this growth potential, Hermie’s role will be to lead the business and drive market growth. He will be responsible for developing and driving the company’s strategy, profitability, commercial planning and business operations.

Hermie brings more than twenty-five years of leadership experience to LIXIL, with expertise across a wide range of disciplines including manufacturing operations, commercial operations, supply chain, finance, recruitment and administration.
Prior to joining LIXIL, he was the COO of the Franklin Baker Group. Other key roles in his career that contributes to his extensive experience include serving as General Manager and Country Director for Ecolab / Nalco Philippines, Regional Director for General Electric in ASEAN and Division Head of 3M.
Given the Philippines market recovery growth potential and scope post-Covid-19, Hermie’s thorough market knowledge and technical expertise will serve to provide LIXIL with the impetus of growth in this key and important market for us.
Based in the Philippines, Hermie will be a part of the Asia Pacific Leadership Team and will report to Satoshi Konagai, Leader, LWT- Asia Pacific.
