BEIJING, CHINA — Publicis Groupe China recently announced three senior appointments to further strengthen the Publicis Communications Beijing’s “Power of One” work model and provide clients with exclusive and tailor-made marketing solutions.

Ng Tian It, appointed as Chief Creative Officer of Publicis Communications Beijing, will reinforce the creative team, enhance creative effectiveness, improve creative strength, and elevate its position in the industry.

Sure Liu, appointed as Chief Integration Officer of Publicis Communications Beijing and Head of Nestlé Business, will accelerate the transformation of Publicis Communications Beijing to a new platform- based media communication and lead the Nestlé team to enhance creativity, strategy, and execution capabilities in various fields in the platform world.

James Yang, appointed as the Managing Director of Digitas Beijing, will focus on providing end-to-end consumer experience management delivery, building a business intelligence system, and tailoring consumer experience management solutions in line with business scales.

Ng Tian It Appointed as Chief Creative Officer of Publicis Communications Beijing

Tian It boasts nearly 30 years of extensive creative experience and deep knowledge in the advertising industry. He used to be Creative Director of Saatchi & Saatchi and Leo Burnett earlier in his career before being promoted to Chief Creative Officer of Saatchi & Saatchi Beijing (2012- 2015). He also served as the Executive Creative Director of Publicis Groupe Singapore from 2019 till the end of 2021. His client list includes McDonald’s, Unilever, Mars Foods, Procter & Gamble, Nestlé, Qualcomm, IKEA, Mercedes-Benz, Singapore Airlines, Citibank, Singapore Health Promotion Board, MasterCard, and other renowned brands. The cases he led has won many important local and international awards in the industry, including Cannes, Spikes Asia, D&AD, One Show, Clio, China 4As Awards, Effie Awards, Longxi Awards, etc. Moreover, he judges in leading international and local awards.

Sure Liu boasts several years of experience working in digital business transformation and professional integration. He has been involved with companies in various creative fields including traditional advertising, public relations, digital marketing, social communications among others. As a next generation leader in new media environment, Sure Liu will help Publicis Communications Beijing enhance and integrate the delivery capabilities of social communication, content studio mode, new e-commerce platform and experiential marketing in the platform world, which is to match the transformation needs of major clients. His client list includes Nestlé, P&G, Unilever, FAW-Volkswagen, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Lenovo, HP, JD.com, Didi, Mengniu, Moutai, Bayer etc.

James Yang Appointed as Managing Director of Digitas Beijing

As a senior brand expert, James Yang has devoted himself to the research and consulting services of brand positioning, brand structure, brand management, consumer insight, innovation strategy and consumer experience for many years. Before the appointment, he was Head of Nestlé business at Publicis Groupe. In his new position, he will explore and manage the full-cycle ecosystem through end-to-end consumer experience management solutions, improve return on investment, and effectively drive clients’ business growth. At the same time, he will continue to run Nestlé’s Consumer Experience Management business and expand the solution to more clients. The list of his clients includes Beijing Hyundai, Mercedes-Benz, Sinopec, Sinochem, COFCO, China CITIC Bank, China Construction Bank, Minsheng Bank, China Radio International, BBC, Dong’e Ejiao, Mengniu, YILI, Lenovo, Legend Capital, Reckitt Benckiser, FRESH, Vanke etc.

Digitas Beijing origin team comes from Publicis One Nestlé team. In the past years, together with the client, the team kept renovating and innovating, successfully transforming Nestlé Infant Nutrition from a typical CRM program to a business solution platform, which not only can enhance consumer experience by data and marketing automation, but also support business by unifying and digitizing channel management. These empowered sales channel and provide business intelligence to clients.
