People: Seven A.D. strengthens leadership team and appoints Russ Molina as new CCO

MANILA, PHILIPPINES — Independent agency Seven A.D. beefs up its Management Team with the hiring of RJ Torres as Digital Director, Ali Silao as Head of Art & Creative Director, Kiten Dimayuga as Business Unit Director, and the promotion of Russell Molina to Chief Creative Officer.

RJ Torres, who started his digital career in 2008, gained knowledge in the field with over a decade’s worth of experience in tech, telco, and advertising. Before joining Seven A.D., he was previously connected with Globe, Samsung, Cheil, PJB and was a consultant for tech startup companies. RJ’s extensive experience in integrated digital marketing, content strategy, social media, e-commerce, and UX makes him the perfect person to take Seven A.D.’s digital work to the next level.

Ali Silao is known for his work in Pepsi, Spam, Old Spice & Department of Tourism from his previous agency, BBDO. Through his 16 years in advertising, he has earned numerous recognition in Cannes, D&AD, One Show, Clio, LIA, Webby, Spikes, Adfest, Adstars, Adobo Design, Kidlat, Boomerang, AME, Digital Asia, Tinta, Tangrams, Araw, and Caples — making him one of the industry’s most awarded creatives. Ali joins the team as Head of Art and Creative Director.

Kiten is a hybrid creative and account management-based communications professional with a vast experience in marketing, advertising, PR, publishing, corporate communications, and community engagement. In her stint as a Copywriter, she has won awards for clients such as Cadbury Dairy Milk. As head of accounts, she also won awards for PLDT’s Data Privacy and Smart’s PokemonGo campaigns. Kiten has also helped integrate the Digital Thumbprint Program (modules on digital responsibility and safety) into DepEd’s K-12 curriculum and launched the module for Parents as Program Lead for Education at Globe.

Russell Molina, one of the founders of Seven A.D., is now the Agency’s Chief Creative Officer.

A multi-awarded creative, both in advertising and in the field of children’s literature, he has contributed immensely in steering the growth of the Agency and in creating campaigns that penetrate Pinoy Pop Culture. Currently, he is also appointed as this year’s Kidlat Committee Chair.
