People: The Creative Engagement Group promotes Kristen Erickson to Principal Consultant of Forty1 North America

LONDON, UK — The Creative Engagement Group (TCEG) announces the appointment of Kristen Erickson as Principal Consultant and Vice President of Forty1 its employee engagement division.

Erickson, who is based in New Jersey, will be responsible for leading more than 30 talented employee engagement professionals across North America and for accelerating the growth, scale and reach of TCEG’s employee engagement offering across the TCEG client base.  Her focus will be on further enhancing the core communication expertise established through the recent acquisition of Vitiello Communications Group and connecting this with the wider capabilities of the group including learning, digital, film and behavioral science. 

Reporting to Richard Burton, Forty1 Managing Partner, Erickson will be supported by a newly formed North America leadership team including Carol Feinberg, Vice President of Change Management, Communications and Engagement and Richelle Feigin, Senior Communications and Engagement Consultant.

Erickson brings a wealth of employee engagement experience from almost a decade of roles at Vitiello Communications Group with global pharmaceutical clients in the areas of clinical trial operations, information technology and corporate responsibility.  She is skilled at developing and delivering communication strategies that enhance the employee experience and has led communications during times of change and crisis. For the last few years she has been responsible for developing and delivering a wide range of innovative and impactful communications and engagement projects for one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies.
