People: The Creative Engagement Group promotes Terri Harchar to lead Axiom US

LONDON, UK — The Creative Engagement Group (TCEG) has promoted Terri Harchar to the newly created role of Managing Director of Axiom US, its life sciences training and scientific engagement division. 

Harchar was previously executive VP, Training & Scientific Strategy at Axiom, where she led Axiom’s Scientific and Instructional Design teams to develop and deliver award-winning strategies for clients. Her promotion to the new role, where she will oversee day-to-day operations at Axiom’s US division, follows the announcement that Mike Ballas, Global CEO of Axiom, has been appointed EVP, Healthcare at TCEG North America in addition to his role as CEO Axiom. 

In her new role, Harchar will help to drive the growth agenda for Axiom and continue to build its reputation for scientific excellence innovation and creativity. Harchar will also partner with Madelaine Allen, Head of Axiom Europe, and work with the client engagement team to build on The Creative Engagement Group’s momentum with its clients.

Having joined Axiom in 2007, Harchar brings 14 years’ experience of creating pharmaceutical training content to her new role. Her previous positions at Axiom include Scientific Director and Vice-President, Scientific Content. In her new role as Managing Director, Harchar will report to Mike Ballas and Russ Lidstone, Group CEO at The Creative Engagement Group.
