“Hui Tsin embodies the values our best leaders aspire to live by: client centric, creativity disruptive, future focussed but importantly, also humility, nurturing and caring. She has built an incredible team in Malaysia that delivers amazing work and growth for our clients.”

Throughout the pandemic, Hui Tsin disrupted and evolved the agency’s way of thinking. Adapting and embracing the elevated demands the environment and policy placed on all business throughout 2020. Hui Tsin augmented the agency’s offering by investing in her people and capabilities such as BOLT, 65dB, Design X Disruption (DXD) and in-depth thought leadership programme, Halal Wave

As a result, Hui Tsin created a more creative and diverse environment where her teams flourished, while bolstering the agency’s client roster; U Mobile’s prepaid business, Lazada, PepsiCo, Abbott Nutrition, Baskin Robbins and Sarawak Tourism for the China market.

Yee Hui Tsin credits the year’s achievement to the agency’s inherent Disruptive culture; “Our team remained resilient and committed. Although working apart their communication remained open, inclusive and decisive. They’ve been incredible, performing beyond my expectations and delivering impactful creative solutions for all our clients.”
