Allanjit Singh joins PRecious as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), leveraging two decades of industry expertise to develop and deliver against enhanced growth strategies across the award-winning independent agency. Allanjit will be tasked to implement a refreshed client-centric operating model that focuses on delivering specialized counsel and best-in-class solutions from across the network as PRecious simultaneously invests in talent and key partnerships in each market.
“The next phase focuses on leveraging recent investments in talent and capabilities, allowing PRecious teams to function as strategic partners to clients and focus on business outcomes through our integrated delivery models. Our established regional presence is optimally positioned to drive client success across the full spectrum of executions. This has involved implementing new workflows where necessary, refining onboarding processes, and employing innovative approaches to address evolving client needs,” said Allanjit.
The newly-minted CCO previously led high-performing agency teams at Havas and Zeno, delivering integrated communications programs across various industries. He also served as strategic counsel to senior executives at global brands such as Lenovo, UPS, Unilever, and Marriott International as well as with a range of local government ministries and statutory boards. This broad experience has equipped him with the insight to tailor solutions effectively for different client roles.
Alongside Allanhit, PRecious also welcomes Shio Jyh Huat as Chief Financial Officer and Sharon Koh as Regional Head for People and Culture. Together, they form a dynamic leadership team poised to drive the agency’s strategic vision forward, combining expertise in financial stewardship, operational excellence, and nurturing a vibrant organizational culture.

With over 20 years of experience in people, client, and revenue management roles across advertising, media, and digital networks such as WPP, Omnicom Group, Dentsu, Publicis Groupe, and Havas Worldwide, Sharon brings a blend of heart, authenticity, and expertise to her role. Her extensive background includes a track record of transforming and reinventing teams, ensuring a strong foundation for success.
Meanwhile, Shio will apply his 20-year expertise to enhance the group’s fiscal discipline and commercial model. Having operated as Chief Financial Officer in leading agencies such as Ogilvy, Grey, and Publicis Groupe, he has a track record of improving the financial health of agency teams across Southeast Asia markets.
“As CFO, my primary focus will be to build on the strong foundation established by PRecious over the past decade. This entails implementing robust financial procedures and operational processes to enhance the group’s overall performance and profitability.
